Gabrielle Frank is one of those people. To know Gabi is to know what true connection feels like—the kind that meets people exactly where they are, with open arms, an open heart, and a spirit that makes you feel like you belong before you have to explain yourself.
Gabi does not serve from a distance. She serves with her whole heart. She listens deeply. She loves loudly. She gives without needing attention. She has a way of seeing people beyond their circumstances, their mistakes, and the parts of their story they may still be learning how to forgive.
Through OOCSA, Gabi has helped create more than a nonprofit. She has helped create a movement rooted in love, culture, community, and faith—a space where youth can feel supported, families can feel remembered, and communities can feel held.
Her work is not built on ego. It is built on devotion: devotion to Fiji, to the youth, to elders, families and villages, and to showing up again and again even when the work is heavy.
Gabi carries a kind of love that moves. A love that becomes action, programs, outreach, service trips, workshops, donations, conversations, prayers, and moments people may remember for the rest of their lives.
She has turned pain into purpose, gratitude into service, connection into community, and love into something people can actually feel.
OOCSA is Gabi’s work, but more than that, it is an extension of her spirit: her love for Fiji, her belief in people, her ability to bring others together, and her refusal to let anyone feel invisible.
She does not just ask people to believe in the mission. She makes them feel the mission.
